Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, orientation/induction and HR routine work.
- Look after health, safety and welfare of employees.
- Follow line managers' advice and comply with policies and procedures.
- Manage transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation and exit processes.
- Monitor manpower requisition issues.
- Prepare and issue office notes, memos, office orders and circulars on HR matters.
- Ensure HR staff data are properly maintained and updated.
- Prepare personnel files for staff.
- Track yearly employee performance appraisals and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure annual increment process is completed following management recommendations and appraisal outcomes.
- Support creating and preparing job descriptions for various positions.
- Organize filing systems for important and confidential office documents.
- Maintain and arrange meetings, seminars and organize events for employee development.
- Ensure HR data are stored in HRM software including employee database and recruitment/appraisal data.
- Maintain good computer skills and command of English for reporting.
