Key responsibilities (what you will do): Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes of renowned universities in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. Demonstrate expertise in the visa application process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation. Stay up-to-date with entry requirements and eligibility criteria of various universities and programs to provide correct guidance to students. Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process. Monitor and track the progress of students' admission applications, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with university representatives and admissions offices to ensure a smooth and efficient application process. Conduct research on education trends and updates to enhance the quality of services provided by the company. Coordinate with other team members to organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops. Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence. Required experience & education: Education: Bachelor / Honors degree (minimum). Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in Immigration and Education Consultancy Service or similar field. Skills & attributes (what we look for): Excellent writing skill in English and strong verbal communication skills. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to counsel students and parents. Proven understanding of university admission procedures and visa documentation. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications and deadlines. Basic computer literacy — comfortable with common office software and record-keeping systems.
