Index Accessories Ltd. is hiring an experienced, proactive Marketing Manager / Asst. Manager to join the team and drive business development for a leading RMG trims and accessories manufacturer. The successful candidate will help expand both local and overseas buyer relationships, support order costing and negotiation, and ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are met. Key responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive marketing and business development plans to grow buyer base and sales volumes. Identify and develop new buyers—locally and overseas—to expand business in the trims and accessories segment. Conduct overseas and local marketing activities and maintain professional correspondence with buyers and partners. Supervise and plan team activities to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with buyers to fulfill their technical and commercial requirements. Oversee order costing, negotiate terms, and ensure timely order confirmation and follow-up. Coordinate with buyers for technical clarifications and ensure smooth communication for production and delivery. Drive market development by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. Required skills and experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing within the Garments Accessories or trims industry (minimum 3 years). Practical knowledge of buyer management, export marketing, negotiation and order costing. Strong communication skills for both local and international correspondence. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and within a team. Self-motivated and able to execute tasks with minimum supervision; comfortable working independently when required. Familiarity with quality and compliance expectations for export products (preferred). Education: Minimum Bachelor/Honors degree required. An MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
