Job Responsibilities
- Visit the market and collect orders from customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors/dealers for repeat business.
- Explore and develop new market segments and increase market share.

- Create new customers, increase sales, and develop marketing strategic plans.

Key responsibilities (summary): Visit the market and collect orders from customers; create new customers and boost sales in assigned territories. Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales reports and follow guidelines from management. Lead sales strategy execution: guide client negotiations, close deals, supervise lead generation and follow-up processes. Work to meet and exceed sales quotas; go the "extra mile" to facilitate future sales. Execute assignments from management and provide product solutions tailored to customer needs. Detailed responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Lead and guide the sales process including client negotiations, deal closure, and order conversion. Supervise and report on lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, order progress, and handover. Maintain high standards of customer service, clarify customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions. Regularly prepare and submit required sales and performance reports. Required skills & qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree (minimum). 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Trading, Export/Import, or Fuel/Petroleum business areas. Proven experience handling distributors or dealers, retail sales and marketing, target achievement, and working under pressure. Strong convincing and customer handling skills, ability to negotiate and close deals. Fluent English communication skills are required.
