Job Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings with U.S.-based clients and students via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Ensure high levels of client and student satisfaction through timely, clear, and professional communication.
- Work with Student Data Management System software and provide accurate data among team members.
- Use MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello/CRM systems for collaboration and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain student admission, attendance, and exam documentation, including reports, trackers, and schedules.
- Update CRM systems and internal trackers with daily progress and follow-up actions.
