Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance/in-out records, and other front-desk documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception and conference room area.
  • Assist in arranging logistics for meetings, workshops, training sessions, and retreats.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, documentation, and management of office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage scheduling and maintain relevant records related to reception and administrative tasks.
