Job Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animations for social media, web, and video platforms.
- Design digital assets including banners, flyers, brochures, logos, signs, and advertisements.
- Produce and edit photography and video content; manage post-production workflows.
- Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies across social platforms.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance via analytics tools.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to online users and manage community engagement.

Key responsibilities: Create motion graphics and animations for social media, web, and video platforms to communicate visual stories and brand messaging. Design digital assets including banners, flyers, brochures, logos, signs, advertisements, and other communication materials. Produce and edit photography and video content suitable for social channels and YouTube; manage basic studio workflows and post-production. Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns using Google AdWords/Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms. Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to support organic visibility and monitor performance via analytics tools. Monitor, listen, and respond to online visitors and users across platforms; maintain active community engagement. Create and manage lead-generation flows and capture mechanisms from social channels and digital advertising. Implement and manage company social media accounts and deliver daily/periodic performance reports to management. Support email and SMS marketing efforts and assist in website content, blog posts, and YouTube channel optimization. Required qualifications and experience: Minimum: Bachelor/Honors or Masters (Graduate/post-graduate from any reputed Private/Public University preferred). At least two years of demonstrated professional experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing. Strong practical experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Hands-on knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics). Practical experience in SEO, PPC, paid search campaigns, and YouTube marketing. Familiarity with content management and blog platforms (WordPress) and email automation (HubSpot/Mailchimp) is preferred. Preferred technical stack & tools: Motion and video tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, YouTube Studio, Bitable. Design & prototyping: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma. Social scheduling & analytics: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer. Ad platforms & analytics: Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics. Email & CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp. Soft skills & attributes: Strong visual storytelling and communication skills. Attention to detail, deadline-driven, and capable of working within a team-based environment. Analytical approach to campaign performance, with a focus on optimization and ROI. Ability to produce written content and short social copy when needed.
