Job Responsibilities
- Reside in Nepal for six months and visit remote indigenous villages.
- Work with NIWF board, team members, and volunteers.
- Develop work plans and organize seminars and workshops with NIWF.
- Work with NIWF communication team on advocacy and media campaigns.
- Prepare programme event summaries, requisitions, reports, documentation, press releases, and bills adjustments.
- Communicate with local immigration services according to legal procedures.
- Provide documentation and team‑building trainings to the NIWF team.
- Design posters, presentations and concept notes using CANVA, Photoshop and other tools.
- Maintain enabling environment for finance teams to complete responsibilities.
- Participate in two months follow‑up activities in Bangladesh after the exchange.

Overview: Badabon Sangho invites motivated female development professionals to apply for a unique exchange job opportunity focused on advocacy and documentation. This circular seeks one Exchange Participant to be placed with the National Indigenous Women Forum (NIWF) in Kathmandu, Nepal. The exchange will last six months (Dec 2025 – May 2026) with two months of follow-up activities in Bangladesh.
