Job Responsibilities
- Send SKU-wise indents to the factory for depot stock in accordance with sales demand
- Prepare invoices based on distributor demand and ensure delivery accordingly to support sales
- Ensure authenticity and accuracy of depot physical stock and system stock
- Ensure implementation of the Permanent Dispatch Plan (PDP) to reduce distribution expenditure and optimize costs
- Maintain proper records of undelivered stock movement (Factory to Depot and Depot to Distributors' warehouses)
- Maximize efficiency in managing SKU-wise depot stock and optimize space to avoid Out of Stock (OOS) situations
