Job Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain master data records (materials, vendors, customers, chart of accounts) in the ERP system.
  • Ensure data quality standards are met and maintained across all domains.
  • Follow established data governance policies and procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Perform regular data audits and cleansing activities to eliminate duplicates, outdated, or incorrect entries.
  • Collaborate with business units to validate and approve master data changes.
  • Work closely with ERP functional teams to support data-related configurations and enhancements.
  • Assist in testing and implementation of ERP upgrades or new modules.
  • Maintain documentation related to master data standards and reconciliation procedures.

Experience in Garments, Textile, Architecture Firm, or Sweater Industry is a plus.Strong understanding of ERP concepts and master data domains (materials, vendors, customers, chart of accounts).Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong analytical skills for data validation and reconciliation.Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with data governance, audit controls, and standard operating procedures.Comfortable with routine data cleansing activities and basic data manipulation tools (Excel, CSV handling).
