Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a complete HR & Talent Acquisition strategy and roadmap.
  • Create and manage a structured full-cycle hiring framework covering sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding and handoff.
  • Build and structure the HR team, define roles, responsibilities, reporting hierarchy and KPIs.
  • Oversee full-cycle global recruitment across multiple countries and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Lead attendance, shifts, payroll preparation oversight, monthly HR reporting and documentation.
  • Develop HR SOPs, employee handbooks, policy updates and ensure international compliance.
  • Manage employee relations, retention programs, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Design and implement training, onboarding, leadership development and performance review systems.
  • Act as primary HR liaison between employees and senior leadership to handle confidential matters.

Ray Advertising is hiring a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead global HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. This job circular is aimed at experienced HR leaders across Bangladesh who can build and scale end-to-end HR systems, lead recruitment across multiple countries, and shape remote-work culture. This is a remote (work from home) leadership position with a semi-night shift schedule (Saturday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM BD time) and requires a strategic, hands-on HR professional ready to apply modern HR practices across distributed teams. Role overview — what this job entails Build and execute the complete HR & Talent Acquisition roadmap for the company. Lead and structure the HR team, set KPIs and SLAs, and implement HR SOPs and documentation. Oversee full-cycle global recruitment (A–Z) and manage hiring across Bangladesh, USA, Mexico, Philippines, Ukraine, Russia, Argentina, Colombia, Pakistan and more. Manage employee lifecycle operations including attendance, payroll coordination, retention programs, and monthly HR reporting. Drive training, onboarding, leadership development, and professional certification support. Act as an executive-level communication bridge between employees and company leadership, handling confidential matters with discretion. Key responsibilities (high level) Design a structured full-cycle hiring framework from sourcing to onboarding and handoff. Set measurable hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, retention, candidate satisfaction). Promote a data-driven HR culture and use ATS/CRM tools, job boards and social media for talent sourcing. Oversee performance reviews, conflict resolution, and ensure international labor compliance. Create HR policies, employee handbook, SOPs and maintain secure HR records and documentation. Lead workforce planning, quarterly hiring targets, and resource allocation across departments. Required qualifications & skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 7–10 years proven HR/Talent Acquisition experience with a minimum of 8 years required; strong experience leading teams and handling global recruitment and remote teams. Skills: Excellent written & verbal English, strong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, ATS expertise, Google Workspace proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
