Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process A–Z including ATS creation/maintenance, job description writing, job posting, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, shortlisting, offer negotiation, onboarding, and orientation.
- Lead recruitment across multiple countries (Bangladesh, USA, Mexico, Philippines, Ukraine, Russia, Argentina, Colombia, Pakistan and others).
- Build and maintain diverse global talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, documentation, offer letters, onboarding workflows, and handoff to departments.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, shift adjustments, payroll preparation support, and monthly HR reporting.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, employee handbooks and ensure compliance across operating regions.
- Coordinate and support training programs, onboarding completion, and track training progress.
- Act as the primary communication channel between employees and leadership; handle employee concerns, conflict resolution and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records and support performance review processes.
