Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Environmental Inspections in different industries based on industry category.
- Maintain inspection data (soft/hard) and update management weekly and monthly.
- Ensure inspection records comply with inspection and accreditation criteria.
- Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports with strong attention to detail.
- Monitor adherence to environmental laws including air, water, waste, noise, energy and chemical handling.
- Verify hazardous storage and chemical management systems at client sites.
- Frequent travel for inspection purposes and coordinate effectively with team members.

ICAS INTERNATIONAL LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Environment Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental inspections across a variety of industrial settings and ensuring compliance with environmental laws and accreditation criteria. Please read the full circular and apply if you meet the requirements.Key responsibilitiesConduct regular environmental inspections in different industries according to the industry category and accreditation criteria.Maintain accurate and timely inspection records in both soft and hard copy; update management on a weekly and monthly basis.Prepare detailed inspection reports with strong attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.Monitor adherence to environmental laws, including air quality, water quality, waste management, noise, energy usage and chemical handling regulations.Verify hazardous storage, chemical management systems and other compliance mechanisms at inspected sites.Support accreditation and auditing activities, ensuring inspection activities meet ISO/IEC and accreditation standards.Travel frequently for on-site inspections and work cooperatively within cross-functional teams.Required skills and competenciesStrong knowledge of ISO 14001 (EMS), Higg FEM, SLCP and chemical management systems.Experience in environmental audits, compliance assessments and report writing.Good communication and documentation skills; the ability to prepare clear, accurate and timely reports.Practical understanding of power plant environments, petrochemical or chemical industry operations is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure, exercise sound judgement and maintain professional discipline.Willingness to travel frequently for inspection purposes and demonstrate positive teamwork behavior.Education & experienceMinimum educational qualifications include BSc or MSc in Environmental Science or Chemistry. Candidates with formal training such as ISO 14001:2015 EMS Lead Auditor Training, ISO/IEC 17020:2012 certification and training on chemical management systems are preferred.
