Job Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, customers, and internal team members to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Promote and sell company products through both direct outreach and strategic network marketing channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and train new network partners to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for new and existing clients to secure successful sales conversions.
  • Provide ongoing support to the client network, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and performance.
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
