Job Responsibilities
- Develop the annual operational plan for the New Entrepreneur Program (Nobin Program) and oversee its effective implementation.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring and close supervision of all activities under the Nobin Program.
- Provide necessary guidance to unit-level staff to enhance personal communication and engagement with new entrepreneurs, driving overall program progress.
- Formulate practical strategic plans for underperforming projects and implement corrective measures to regularize entrepreneurial activities.
- Submit monthly progress and performance reports to the Managing Director/Management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and updates from each zone, region, and unit.
- Design and implement effective evaluation strategies for staff, units, regions, and zones to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Continuously monitor implementation progress and take proactive actions to achieve 100% of planned objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities, expansion prospects, and provide support to struggling units or regions.
- Ensure the timely availability of essential logistics and infrastructure support for Anchal (Area) and Unit Offices — including office space, computer hardware, furniture, and printing supplies.
- Organize periodic review meetings and evaluate staff performance to strengthen overall program execution.
- Take prompt action to address issues identified in weekly summary reports submitted by field officers.
- Perform regular financial reconciliations (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) in coordination with the Accounts Division.
