Job Responsibilities

  • Technical promotion, sales and market development of industrial & specialty chemicals for international & domestic markets.
  • Identify new accounts, forecast and explore business opportunities in Food, Pharma and Personal Care product lines.
  • Evaluate technical performance of raw materials and provide formulation guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct stability testing, performance studies and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
  • Provide technical support with the sales team, troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development and delivery of products.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure products meet company standards and industry regulations.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory updates and advanced formulation technologies.
  • Maintain and grow current business while generating new project/prospect pipelines.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain regular supplier communication via email, social media, LinkedIn and phone.
  • Attend chemical exhibitions, fairs and other industry events to expand networks and business relationships.
  • Conduct intensive market research to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Report competitive activity and significant developments to management and coordinate closely with senior management.
