Education Requirements
MBA or MCom (Accounting/Finance) with BBA/B.Com (Honours). Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA (Qualified) preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of all financial reports and month-end/year-end closings.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and perform reconciliations of bank, supplier and inter-company accounts.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, cost analysis and KPI reporting.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets and inventory valuations.
- Manage treasury, cash flow planning, banking relationships and foreign currency transactions.
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare accurate and timely tax declarations and payments.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain statutory compliance documentation.
- Implement and manage ERP/accounting systems and drive process improvements.
- Lead and mentor accounting and finance personnel to ensure high performance.
