Job Responsibilities

This job offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handle meaningful cases, and support students throughout the entire study abroad journey.Key responsibilitiesCounsel students and guardians by phone and in person about admission procedures, eligibility, scholarships, and visa processes for higher study abroad.Manage complete student application processes: admission application, document preparation, and follow-up with foreign institutions.Write high-quality Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for admission and visa applications targeting countries such as India, China, Malaysia, Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, Europe & Cyprus.Prepare necessary documents, fill out application forms, and ensure all application materials meet university and immigration standards.Communicate directly with foreign institutions to resolve application status, scholarship opportunities and admission queries.Coordinate visa application processes and liaise with relevant authorities, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners to improve placement success and satisfaction.Track case progress and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.Required skills and qualificationsBachelor/Honors degree (minimum requirement).At least 3 years of relevant experience in airline, travel agency, tour operation, immigration/visa processing, or travel startup sectors.
