Job Responsibilities
- Supervise building staff including security, cleaning, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and functioning of utilities (generator, lift, water pump, etc.).
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of monthly expenses, maintenance costs, and service contracts.
- Prepare and maintain building accounts including rent/service charge collections, payments, and receipts.
- Deposit building income into the designated bank account on time and maintain bank transaction records.
- Monitor and report monthly expenses and prepare summary reports for the building owner or committee.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers; ensure timely payments and contract renewals.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the building.
- Handle residents’ complaints and service requests professionally; enforce building rules.
