Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and visit retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops and outlets to meet primary & secondary sales targets; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage distributors and sub-distributors in assigned territory; understand and handle primary and secondary sales processes.
- Execute POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and ensure merchandising compliance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to SFKPIs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, benefits and usage.
- Stay updated on new products and industry developments.
