Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to expand the company’s global network.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure campaign success and retention.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROI, traffic quality, and conversion rates.
- Provide affiliates with guidance, creatives, and feedback to optimize campaign performance.
- Resolve partner concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and trust.

Ray Advertising is seeking an experienced, proactive Affiliate Manager to join our growing international team.
