Detailed responsibilities and day-to-day activities: Follow call scripts and campaign guidelines while personalizing interactions where appropriate. Conduct B2B and B2C telemarketing activities including cold calling and lead conversion. Manage objections, handle rejection professionally, and log outcomes into CRM. Participate in feedback sessions, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Required skills and experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in call center or telecommunication operations (freshers are encouraged to apply as well). Proven experience or familiarity with B2B telemarketing, cold calling, telemarketing & sales, and real estate-related telemarketing activities. Fluent spoken English is a MUST — strong verbal communication and conversational skills. Good sales ability, persuasive communication and ability to engage customers for extended conversations. Working knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems. Patience, resilience, and ability to handle stress and rejection. Education & preference: A Level, O Level, BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) are acceptable. Students or graduates from American International University Bangladesh, North South University, Independent University Bangladesh, BRAC University, and Uttara University will get preference.
