Job Responsibilities
- Assist with digital marketing tasks: content scheduling, email campaigns, basic performance tracking, and outreach to potential clients.
- Manage and support social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): posting, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Conduct deep research on platforms, competitors, buyers, trends, tools, events, and industry insights relevant to company operations.
- Assist in outreach, lead research, and lead generation projects.
- Provide daily administrative and research-based support to management.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity AI) for content creation, research, and automation.
- Create and edit short AI-assisted content (blog posts, captions, descriptions, summaries).
- Maintain and update data using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems; prepare concise summaries and short reports.
- Professionally manage daily communication including emails, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate tasks and workflows across teams and support interdepartmental alignment.
- Conduct event, vendor and competitor research and provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist with compliance, documentation, filing, and record keeping while maintaining confidentiality.
