Job Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ and Cost Finalization both manual & ERP software.
- All types of rate analysis.
- Prepare project cost estimate (Structure, Architecture, Electrical & Plumbing).
- Making revisions to estimate as needed.
- Project visit for budget analysis according to work progress.
- Market survey for materials rate collection.
- Material Purchase Requisition of all projects checked & forwarded as per BOQ.
- Project cost control as per BOQ.
- Maintain proper correspondence with other departments.
- Workshop visit for metal work fabrication.
- Various report preparation as per management requirements.
- Performing any tasks as directed by senior authorities from time to time.
