Mampower Ltd., a respected manufacturer and turnkey solutions provider in Bangladesh's electrical protection and power equipment industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Sales). This job opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in electrical engineering and proven sales experience in power-related products such as transformers, switchgear, substations, BBT systems, diesel generators and distribution boards. As a sales engineer, you will be a key member of the company's front-line team, driving sales activities, generating leads and maintaining relationships with industrial and commercial customers. This job will require regular travel within assigned zones, door-to-door client engagement and the ability to close deals on technically complex products.Key responsibilities (this job includes):Drive sales of substation equipment, BBT systems, transformers and distribution boards.Generate new leads through regular field visits, including door-to-door calls in assigned industrial and commercial zones.Achieve mutually agreed sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.Maintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups and technical-commercial discussions.Execute company sales plans, activities and standard procedures to ensure consistent business development.Required qualifications and experience:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) is preferred. Candidates with a relevant Diploma (with GPA 3.0 or equivalent) may also be considered.Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the power business (typical range 3 to 5 years).Demonstrable experience in selling power products (substations, transformers, distribution boards, busbar trunking systems) is an added advantage.Skills and personal attributes:Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Leadership traits, target oriented, detail conscious and customer focused.Comfortable with travel and field-based sales activities.Additional information & benefits: The salary for this job is Negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and skill level.
