Key responsibilities Receive and reply to customer emails and phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Carry out marketing and promotions through newspapers, social media, and other advertising channels to support sales and lead generation. Develop travel products and provide operational support for Bangladesh Domestic Holiday Packages. Handle both domestic and international holiday package queries, providing accurate counselling and clear guidance to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa procedures, immigration rules, and country-specific requirements; keep colleagues and customers informed of any updates. Build and maintain professional networks with hoteliers, suppliers, and transport providers across Bangladesh to ensure smooth operations and competitive packages. Provide honest and authentic services and manage customer expectations effectively. Required skills and experience 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in travel agency operations, travel startups, or visa consultancy. Proven experience in visa processing and advising customers on immigration, visit, and migration visa processes. Strong customer service and counselling skills—both direct and over the phone. Good communication skills in Bengali and English with the ability to prepare clear, accurate guidance and documentation. Familiarity with marketing channels including newspapers and social media campaigns. Organizational skills to manage multiple client cases, bookings, and follow-ups simultaneously. Education & other requirements Bachelor/Honors or Master’s degree preferred. Age: 24 to 35 years (as per the company circular). Gender: Male and Female candidates are eligible.
