Job Responsibilities
- Promote premium dermatology and aesthetic services to clients, physicians, hospitals, clinics, beauty advisors, salons, and wellness partners.
- Educate prospective clients on treatments including laser therapy, pigmentation correction, melasma and acne care, anti-aging programs, and device-based skin rejuvenation.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, digital outreach, referrals, and localized market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals by converting consultations into service bookings and treatment packages.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with dermatologists, general practitioners, influencers, aesthetic clinics, and retailers.
- Plan and execute outreach initiatives such as awareness campaigns, health talks, beauty education events, and free skin check-up camps.
- Monitor and analyze market insights including customer behavior, trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline using CRM or lead-management tools; ensure timely follow-ups and retention.
- Deliver exceptional client experience and serve as trusted liaison between customers and dermatology experts.
- Support brand promotions and clinic events; collaborate with marketing and service teams.
