Job Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and maintain a warm, professional demeanor at the reception desk.
  • Visitor Management: Direct visitors to the correct office or staff member and manage check-ins smoothly.
  • Phone Management: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and ensure messages are delivered accurately.
  • Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, maintain records, and assist staff with general administrative tasks.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
  • Handle Inquiries: Provide information to visitors and callers and resolve basic concerns.
  • Other Tasks: Assist with meeting room bookings, ordering supplies, basic bookkeeping or data entry as needed.
