Job Responsibilities
- Act as Medtronic’s management representative in the local market and principal spokesperson to influence health policy and regulatory engagement.
- Lead country-level strategic planning, own the country P&L and drive revenue and EBIT targets.
- Develop partnership strategies with key customers to promote therapy adoption and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage in-country infrastructure and collaborate with shared services and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, IT, Marketing).
- Coach, mentor and develop in-country employees to build a high-performing organization.
- Implement sales and operational plans including target revenue, resource allocation and expenditures.
- Ensure legal compliance and promote Medtronic’s Business Code of Conduct across the organization.
