Position overview: The Senior Executive - HR will support end-to-end HR functions tailored to factory and manufacturing environments. The role requires 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor/Honors degree. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compensation & benefits administration, performance appraisal coordination, learning & development support, and HR documentation and compliance. Key responsibilities (summary): Talent acquisition for non-managerial and worker levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Oversee HRM systems and HRIS data management to maintain accurate employee records. Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance conversations. Ensure HR documentation and regulatory compliance, including statutory requirements for manufacturing and garment operations. Administer compensation and benefits processes, payroll liaison, and benefits enquiries. Prepare HR data, reports, and analytics for management decision-making. Support learning & development initiatives and on-the-job training programs. Manage employee exit processes and final settlements, ensuring compliance and timely closure. Drive employee engagement activities and internal communications to foster a positive workplace. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Implement end-to-end recruitment cycles for factory roles and support higher-level hiring as needed. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure completion of all joining formalities and documentation. Maintain HRIS accuracy, process employee lifecycle changes, and provide monthly reporting. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and collate appraisal outcomes for HR records. Manage employee benefits administration and respond to employee enquiries related to compensation. Ensure all HR records are audit-ready and follow company and statutory compliance guidelines. Required qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor/Honors degree (minimum). Experience: 3 to 6 years in HR, preferably in Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, or Packaging industries.
