Maintain a professional portfolio and submit examples of previous work when you apply. Required and preferred skills: Proven 3D visualization and rendering skills (3Ds Max with V-Ray, D5 Renderer, Lumion, or equivalent). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and similar design tools. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail — an eye for materials, finishes, and construction detailing. Ability to translate concepts into accurate construction drawings and specifications. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Experience & education: Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architecture firms or interior design practices are preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply if they can present a strong portfolio.
