Job Responsibilities
- Follow structured communication scripts for consistent, effective customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA, engaging them per provided scripts.
- Identify customer needs, gather and clarify information, research issues and deliver effective solutions or alternatives.
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone according to guidelines and targets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the call center database.
- Maintain detailed call records for reporting and reference.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Meet individual and team performance goals, both qualitative and quantitative.
