Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field monitoring of microcredit operations in assigned districts (Barishal, Bhola, Dhaka, Munshiganj, Manikganj, Jhalakathi, Pirojpur).
- Visit borrowers and groups for verification and support, ensuring proper loan utilization.
- Collect, verify and submit accurate monitoring data and field reports to head office.
- Support disbursement follow-up, recovery tracking and early warning identification for delinquencies.
- Facilitate community meetings and beneficiary trainings as needed.
- Coordinate with branch staff and stakeholders to resolve field-level issues.
Required Skills
- Experience in microfinance / micro-credit operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Report writing and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in remote rural areas
- Motorcycle riding skills and willingness to attend duty with motorcycle

CARSA Foundation, an MRA-certified NGO operating in Bangladesh, is seeking motivated Field Monitors to join its rural microcredit operations.
