Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular financial and operational audits of branch and field-level micro-credit activities.
  • Verify loan documentation, collateral records, disbursement and collection procedures, and maintenance of ledgers.
  • Perform field visits to monitor loan utilization and compliance with organizational policies and microcredit regulations.
  • Prepare timely audit reports highlighting findings and corrective actions.
  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts and verification of cash handling procedures.
  • Liaise with program and branch staff to implement audit recommendations.
  • Support internal control strengthening and risk assessment activities.

CARSA Foundation, NGO is recruiting Junior Auditors to join its field teams serving remote rural areas across Barishal, Bhola, Dhaka, Munshiganj, Manikganj, Jhalakathi and Pirojpur.
