  • Leading & Managing Teams: Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of sales representatives in the assigned zone/region.

Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, trends, gaps and competitor moves for senior management to support informed decisions. Product Knowledge & Training: Maintain deep knowledge of electronics and home appliances; train showroom teams on features, benefits and competitive advantages of RANGS eMART products. Channel Management: Manage relationships across multiple sales channels including distributors, retailers and e-commerce platforms to maximize market coverage and revenue. Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, industry events and collaborate on marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal/regulatory requirements and timely reporting of operational or compliance concerns. Required skills & qualifications: Education: Bachelor/Honors degree (as stated in the circular).
