Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission and project goals, and support strategy development.
- Strengthen interactive teaching-learning processes using trade-related lab facilities.
- Develop digital teaching-learning materials and online content for improved understanding.
- Make classrooms more interesting and child-friendly through digital resources and interactive methodologies.
- Provide high-quality teaching as per approved curricula and prepare/implement lesson plans.
- Provide skills training as short courses according to targets.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to track student progress.
- Build capacity of teachers to develop and use digital teaching-learning materials.
- Introduce relevant tech-based initiatives for 4IR-aligned learning.
- Assist in maintaining program database and preparing monthly/progress reports.
- Support business plan preparation and local resource mobilization for sustainability.
- Carry out marketing and mobilization activities for student admission.
- Collaborate with Social Inclusion team for student scouting and Child Council engagement.
- Maintain all educational documents (electronic and hardcopy) like admission and attendance registers.
- Ensure at least 90% student attendance and 95% completion rate through engaging pedagogy.
- Provide social support (counseling, motivation, home visits) for student development.
- Organize and participate in co-curricular activities and events following academic calendar.

This is a project staff position designed to strengthen technical education and digital teaching-learning practices across UCEP’s education sites in Sylhet and anywhere in Bangladesh.
