Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with Head of TVET institute to identify and define training requirements, scope and resources.
- Develop training delivery schedules, milestones, and resource plans and submit to management for approval.
- Ensure availability of training materials and teaching aids; maintain at least 90% trainee attendance.
- Guide and facilitate co-trainers to develop and maintain project documentation, plans and reports.
- Deliver TVET and skills development training and manage follow-up actions and handover to Decent Employment team.
- Ensure proper teaching-learning environment, cleanliness, attention to slow learners, and use of digital content.
- Provide psychosocial counseling to trainees to reduce stress and support learning.
- Communicate with parents to ensure awareness on COVID-19 safety and prevention of child labor and abuse.
- Develop and maintain MIS (online & offline), ERP and related software documentation and case studies.
- Contribute to technical school operational planning and ensure implementation.
- Maintain and store classroom equipment, furniture, materials and supplies properly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

UCEP Bangladesh invites applications for an experienced and motivated Lead Trainer - ICT to lead TVET and skills development initiatives across its Khulna region and anywhere in bangladesh. If you are committed to social development, have strong technical and instructional skills, and want to contribute to increased employability for disadvantaged youth, please read the circular and apply before the deadline.Key responsibilities (summary):Coordinate with TVET institute leadership to identify training requirements, scope and resourcing for ICT-related training batches.Develop training delivery schedules, milestones, and resource plans; propose appointment of co-trainers and materials to management for approval.Ensure availability and proper use of training materials and teaching aids; maintain at least 90% trainee attendance.Motivate and mentor team members and co-trainers; maintain strong team morale and documentation practices.Deliver TVET and skills development training, conduct follow-up and handover activities to the Decent Employment team, and monitor employment outcomes.Maintain a conducive teaching-learning environment (cleanliness, attention to slow learners, appropriate digital content).Provide psychosocial counseling to trainees to reduce stress and support learning retention.Engage with parents to promote COVID-19 safety, prevent child labor and child marriage, and ensure student protection.Develop and maintain MIS (online & offline), ERP and related documentation, including case studies.Contribute to technical school operational planning and implementation; maintain classroom equipment and materials.Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors in line with organizational needs and safeguarding policies.Required skills & qualifications:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering OR Diploma in Computer.Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience (BSc) / Minimum 7 years (Diploma); experience working in NGO/TVET contexts preferred.Strong computer literacy including MS Office; experience with MIS/ERP systems preferred.Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.Experience in competency-based training & assessment (CBT&A) and NTVQF Level 4 certification is an advantage.Ability to provide psychosocial support and to engage with trainees and their families.Adaptability, team orientation, and willingness to be transferred across UCEP Bangladesh locations.Benefits & compensation:Monthly Salary: BDT 34,550.Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Group Insurance.Weekly two holidays and other standard benefits as per company policy.Other information: Age limit: at most 40 years (management may make exceptions).
