Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and record concerns and symptoms accurately on the Job Card.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and identify visible faults.
- Explain service requirements, options, and pricing to clients and prepare quotations.
- Perform or oversee full diagnostic scans and physical inspections (OBD/scanner-based).
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical and Body Shop departments for job execution.
- Approve spare parts quality and ensure proper storage and labeling of old parts.
- Conduct post-service QC checks before vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation: Quotation → Job Card → Parts Request → Invoice → Delivery Note.
- Report daily job status to CEO and Department Heads and participate in service meetings.
- Follow SOP and QC checklists and immediately report operational issues.
