Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study in South Korea / EUROPE admission requirements, visa processing and career pathways.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Lead and mentor the counselling team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide the necessary support to achieve goals.
- Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays and visa applications.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.

Toplink Education is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Student Counselor to lead our counselling team and provide high-quality guidance to students aiming to study in South Korea and Europe. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree (as per EducationRequirements). At least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting firms, immigration and education consultancy service or immigration/visa processing. Proven experience in Europe visa processing and familiarity with visa requirements for South Korea and European countries. Strong communication skills in Korean and English — ability to advise students effectively and liaise with foreign institutions. Leadership skills to lead and train a small counselling team. Organisational and documentation skills to manage applications and follow-up processes. Additional information and benefits: Salary Range: Tk. 25,000 - 50,000 (Monthly).
