Job Responsibilities
- Receive business phone calls, WhatsApp calls, and Messenger calls and communicate with customers professionally.
- Enter customer biodata into Bibaho Network's software accurately.
- Log customer conversation history and daily CRM inputs; prepare follow-up plans to achieve sales goals.
- Manage company social media content and perform other daily duties assigned by the company.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales performance.
