Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-management employees
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees covering company processes and policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits
- Assist in payroll processing, maintain daily attendance and leave records, and verify Trip Allowance bills to ensure compliance with company policies

Kazi Farms Group is hiring an experienced and motivated Officer/Executive - ER & Admin to join its Moulvibazar (Sreemangal) facility. The role is full-time and office-based at the Moulvibazar facility (Sreemangal). The selected candidate will help ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate records, assist in payroll activities, manage employee settlements, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities (summary): Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-management employees and maintain records for each hire. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Recruitment & Selection: Source, screen and shortlist candidates; coordinate tests/interviews; maintain candidate records and appointment letters. Onboarding & Orientation: Deliver comprehensive orientation sessions, explain company policies, leave rules, benefits, and career progression opportunities. Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain daily attendance and leave registers, verify trip and travel claims, support payroll with accurate inputs and evidences. Employee Settlements: Calculate and process final dues, gratuity and statutory payments; maintain settlement documentation in line with labor regulations. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Keep the facility compliant with local labor laws, coordinate inspections or queries from government authorities, and ensure required filings and records are up to date. Communications & Documentation: Draft and circulate office notices, disciplinary letters and other formal communications as needed; maintain an organized filing system. Reporting: Prepare regular HR and transport workforce reports for the facility and share required metrics with Head Office. Required experience and profile: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR/ER and administration. Experience in Garments, Agro-based firms (including Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry or Transport Service is highly desirable. Strong administrative and documentation skills, attention to detail and familiarity with labor law requirements. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to coordinate with regulators and internal stakeholders.
