Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tax and VAT calculation according to government rules and procedures.
  • Assist Procurement and Asset Officer to prepare and document stock and provide six-monthly reports.
  • Responsible for core accounts maintenance including salary, house rent, training, PF, gratuities with proper bookkeeping and documentation.
  • Responsible for NGO bureau liaison by preparing FC-1, FD-7, FD-09 and FD-6.
  • Communicate with immigration department, embassies and other government officials to process international team members.
  • Follow up on different policies and procedures that affect the organization, its team and group members.
  • Follow up vehicle management and log book both at Dhaka and field level.
  • Implement team members capacity building training and other activities.
  • Support HR Officer with clear, specific and timely guidance.
  • Prepare salary sheet, leave register, risk register, conflict of interest register, attendance sheet.
  • Assist Admin Officer to maintain guest houses and training centre professionally.
  • Assist handicrafts team to maintain accounts and stocks in a commercial way.
  • Assist the Executive Committee in bank accounts management, signatory changes and meeting minutes preparation.
  • Ensure enabling environment for internal and external audit teams to complete their roles and responsibilities.
