Kabbo Marine Tech is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary (PS) to the Chief Executive Officer. Key responsibilities Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders; ensure efficient time management and prioritization. Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Draft, proofread, and format business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in excellent English. Handle incoming/outgoing communications (email, phone calls), filter and route messages as appropriate, and maintain confidentiality. Arrange domestic travel, lodging, and itineraries; prepare travel expense reports when needed. Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations, IT) and external contacts on behalf of the CEO to facilitate smooth business operations. Maintain organized records, files, and a reliable filing system (digital and physical). Support ad-hoc administrative needs, including basic office management and coordination with vendors if required. Required qualifications & skills Education: Master’s degree in English (as specified in the circular). Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience — preferably in software companies, IT enabled services, BPO/data-entry firms, or similar office environments. Technical skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to create polished documents and presentations.
