Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining robust quality control procedures and documentation. Oversee color matching and paint application processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in finish. Inspect and evaluate paint application quality including thickness, adhesion and curing performance. Support the implementation, audits and training related to the IATF Quality Management System (QMS). Collaborate with production, engineering and repair teams to resolve non-conformities and improve product reliability. Required education & experience: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 3 to 6 years of practical experience in automotive quality, assembly, paint inspection or related manufacturing fields. Skills and competencies (what the company expects): Sound technical knowledge of automobile parts, materials, and their functions. Experience with OEM quality standards and automotive assembly processes. Proficiency in root cause analysis tools and implementing corrective actions.
