Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in Computer Operations per approved curricula and competency standards.
  • Prepare lesson and session plans and apply participatory, inclusive, and effective teaching-learning methods.
  • Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain attendance, results, and progress reports.
  • Support trainee mobilization and ensure inclusion of women, persons with disabilities, and other disadvantaged groups.
  • Act as a role model by promoting ethics, social values, environmental awareness, patriotism, and good citizenship among students.
  • Maintain occupational health and safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE and a clean and safe training environment.
  • Manage and maintain training tools, equipment, materials, and ensure efficient utilization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems and support curriculum review, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Promote gender equity, child protection, inclusiveness, and a discrimination-free learning environment.
  • Support preparation and implementation of training center budgets and participate in performance reviews and staff development.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management in line with organizational needs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Excellent computer operating skills and conversant with MS Office
  • Experience with competency-based training approaches (CBTA advantage)

This job circular seeks an experienced, motivated trainer to deliver competency-based technical instruction to adolescent girls and young women. This project-led position will support the Girls' Education and Skills Programme (GESP) and play a key role in delivering both theoretical and practical competency-based training.Key responsibilitiesDeliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in Computer Operations as per approved curricula and competency standards.Prepare lesson plans, session plans, and apply participatory and inclusive teaching-learning methodologies.Conduct formative and summative assessments; maintain attendance, results, progress reports, and other training documentation.Support trainee mobilization with the Social Inclusion team and ensure inclusive participation of women, persons with disabilities, and disadvantaged groups.Manage and maintain training tools, equipment, and materials; ensure efficient utilization of training resources and safe, clean learning environments.Maintain occupational health and safety standards, ensure proper use of PPE, and promote safe training practices.Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems; support curriculum review, performance monitoring, and reporting activities.Uphold and promote organizational values, ethics, social values, environmental awareness, and good citizenship among trainees.Support budget implementation at the training center level and participate in staff development and institutional improvement initiatives.Required education & experienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or Diploma in Computer or a related discipline.Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience for candidates with Bachelor's degree (with NTVQF certification) or minimum 3 years for Diploma holders.
