Job Responsibilities
- Establish effective communication among the sales force, management and related departments.
- Report to management on lead generation, closure progress and sales target achievement.
- Analyze market problems, market share and coverage through market audits.
- Monitor and track field force activities according to route plans; ensure routine reports.
- Follow up and analyze national marketing and sales targets.
- Evaluate monthly KPI-based performance of M&S teams, distributors, dealers and retailers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and activate marketing-supported sales strategies.
- Monitor depot and factory sales inventory.

Prepare daily and periodic sales reports including ASM-wise targets, primary sales, secondary sales, achievement and distributor stock summaries. Organize area-wise field force meetings and discussions with ASM/RSM/TSM & SO to identify market problems and propose solutions. Maintain field force leave records, visit plans, route plans and inform concerned authorities in time. Collect field force attendance, verify and submit consolidated records to the finance department. Collect TA/DA bills from field staff, verify, summarize and submit to finance for processing. Maintain employee and distributor files and ensure up-to-date documentation. Monitor and enable the field force tracking system; ensure the tracking data is complete and actionable. Required Skills & Competencies 6-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread) or Retail Food Products. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and practical experience using ERP for sales/admin workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis and graphical statistics. Good command of MIS creation, report drafting, presentation and analytical skills. Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation abilities to coordinate with field teams and channel partners. Bengali and English typing skills with good speed are advantageous. Education, Experience & Eligibility Bachelors Degree (Honours) required; Masters degree preferred from a reputed university.
