Strong knowledge of steel rolling mills, steel structures, and the commercial steel market. Excellent sales & marketing capabilities with experience in dealer/distributor management. Good communication, negotiation, and execution skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, be target-driven, and show a hardworking attitude. Ability to travel within assigned regions and manage multiple dealer relationships. Education & eligibility: Minimum Bachelor/Honors degree. Age preference: 25 to 40 years.
