Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and timely execution of all planned activities at designated project sites, maintaining compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and WildTeam operational guidelines
- Oversee day-to-day management of project operations under the supervision of Program Director/Program Manager and coordination with donor focal persons
- Lead design, planning, implementation and monitoring of community-based project activities, campaigns and awareness initiatives
- Collaborate to develop annual work plans aligned with project outputs and manage budget forecasting
- Establish and maintain coordination with government agencies at district and Upazila levels and the Bangladesh Forest Department
- Supervise field staff, provide technical backstopping, conduct team meetings and lead staff development and performance appraisals
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and provide feedback to field teams
- Prepare, manage and revise project budgets; review monthly expenditures and implement corrective actions
- Design and implement M&E systems, facilitate data collection and analysis, and maintain M&E databases
- Produce timely project progress reports, donor reports, mid-term reviews and final evaluations
- Organize and facilitate coordination meetings with donors, government counterparts and community stakeholders
- Support HR functions including recruitment, orientation and capacity development
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance with donor and organisational policies and promote a safe working environment
- Support communication, advocacy and public engagement to increase project visibility and impact
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by senior management

WildTeam is seeking a motivated and experienced Programme Officer - Project Operations to join our conservation team in Bangladesh.
