Job Responsibilities

- Visit garments factory, buying office, Master buyer liaison office for new inquiry.
- Direct marketing Zipper, Metal Button, Belt.
- Have some buyer nomination for Zipper. Do marketing zipper for nomination buyer.
- Sales projection for every month to fulfill monthly target.
- Handle everything from sample stage to bulk goods delivery.
- Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
- Identify and analyze business / industry trends with business strategy implications.

Maxwell BD is seeking an experienced Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager to join its sales and marketing team for garments accessories. About the company and role As a part of Maxwell BD's commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing and sales strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating with buyers and factories, and ensuring monthly sales projections are met. This position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and reports to senior management. The role is office-based and requires regular visits to garment factories, buying offices and buyer liaison offices. Key responsibilities Analyze competitive market strategies and interpret product, market and share trends to inform business actions and sales tactics. Visit garment factories, buying offices and buyer liaison offices for new inquiries and to maintain relationships. Direct marketing activities for zippers, metal buttons, and belts, including marketing for nomination buyers. Manage the full lifecycle from sample stage to bulk goods delivery, ensuring quality and timely fulfillment. Prepare monthly sales projections and plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Use current business intelligence and trend data to support actionable recommendations. Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers and professional organizations to stay abreast of industry and business trends. Identify and analyze business/industry trends and translate them into business strategies and opportunities. Required experience and skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (3 to 5 years preferred) in garments accessories, marketing, market research or related fields. Experience from China-based garments accessories companies and nomination buyers is preferable. Strong understanding of RMG business and garments accessories markets. Solid marketing knowledge including traditional and digital marketing elements such as SEO, social media and market research methods. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. Proven ability to handle high pressure and meet deadlines. Good command of MS Office applications. Highly motivated, curious, and passionate about excellence and innovation. Education Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
