Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and timely execution of planned activities at project sites, maintaining compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations under the supervision of Program Director/Program Manager and coordinate with donor focal persons.
- Lead design, planning, implementation and monitoring of community-based project activities, campaigns and awareness.
- Collaborate on annual work plan development and budget forecasting; ensure plans are realistic and actionable.
- Establish and maintain coordination with government agencies (district and Upazila) and local government authorities.
- Provide leadership, guidance and technical oversight to team members; supervise field staff and conduct regular team meetings.
- Conduct regular field visits, monitor activities and ensure quality implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare, manage and revise project budgets; review monthly expenditures and support financial reporting.
- Design and implement M&E systems, facilitate data collection and analysis, and produce timely reports and evaluations.
- Organize coordination meetings with donors, government counterparts and community groups; prepare detailed reports.

About the job and companyWildTeam, a conservation NGO working to save endangered wildlife and their habitats in Bangladesh (with a current focus on tigers in the Sundarbans), invites applications for the post of Assistant Coordinator - Project Operations, Monitoring & Evaluation.
